These few portfolios contain the most beautiful
marbled papers made by Karli Frigge. Created over her
40 year marbling career they were set aside by her as the
best examples of her work. They are a unique collection
of paper with an introduction by Karli, who is
considered the preeminent marbler of her time.
The sheets are 50 x 70 cm in size - complete and uncut -
just as they were lifted from the marbling bath. Each
portfolio contains 39 sheets, divided into 6 groups:
classic papers, marbled granular print, double prints,
interesting errors, suminagashi, and alchemy - showing
the range of her creativity, artistry and passion for marbling.
